E-Commerce Policy cum Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation or change of products will be accepted only within 48 hours of placing an order. Post 48 hours a Cancellation Fees of up to 10% on the final product price shall be deducted from the paid amount and the difference will be refunded

7 Days Return Policy:

  • Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, resizing (by a jeweller other than C-cube) will not be accepted under this policy. The product must be the same as shown on the website with all the supporting paperwork.
  • You are eligible for an exchange on C-cube for 100% Quality Check Value in7 days return policy. In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase. One order can be exchanged only once.
  • If the customer still wishes to take a refund, a Return Courier Charges will be Deducted and the Balance Quality Check Value of Return product will be Refunded within 45 days.
  • For the customized Order Item, Return and Exchange Policy shall not be applicable. Only Cancellation Policy Applicable.
  • After that it shall fall under 365 Days Exchange Policy

365 Days Exchange Policy:

  • In case of Diamond with Gold jewelry or Diamond with Platinum jewelry, Current market value of the product (as per net weight of the metal and total carat weight of diamonds). This can be used to purchase any Available Diamond Jewelry. This Can’t Be Use for Customized Jewelry.
  • The Balance of Wallet need to use within 365 Days of Exchange Policy.
  • The prevailing market value will be determined by C-cube after Quality Check.
  • In case the value of the new product is higher than the exchange value of the old product the difference will be paid by the customer. In case the value of the new product is lesser than the exchange value of the old product the difference will be held as credit for future purchases.

Shipping Policy:

  • We strive to get your jewelry delivered on time, however if there are any unforeseen delays we will keep you posted.
  • Every product on C-Cube is shipped absolutely free to all locations across world.
  • We have teamed up with top shipping experts like Fedex, DHL-Bluedart, DTDC & others who are our “partners in customer commitment.”
  • All of our jewelry is custom made by our goldsmiths and hallmarked and certified by the top jewelry certifying laboratories of the world namely GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute), therefore please allow up to 7 working days for the jewelry to be dispatched after receiving cleared payments. Please allow additional time if international delivery is subject to customs processing.
  • For your protection, all orders require signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file.
  • For your protection, merchandise orders cannot be shipped to an address other than the billing address. If required to be shipped authorization from the customer is required.
  • C-cube holds the export license for jewelry for international shipping.
  • Hand delivery will be provided only for either residence address or office address.
  • No requests will be taken for hand delivery for addresses mentioned outside of residence address or office address.
  • For any customer request that entails handing over the parcel or delivery to a third person, an email confirmation for the same will be required from the buyer for the authorization of the person.
  • Insurance for the jewelry that is in shipping is taken care of by C-cube.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from C-cube containing your Fedex, DHL-Bluedart, and/or DTDC tracking number and a link to the website's order-tracking page. You can also check the status of your order once it has been shipped by visiting the website of our logistics partner and following the instructions using your tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment of your order or within the Order Status page on C-cube.
  • There may be color variation in actual product and the image on website due to the different scale of resolution and graphics of user’s device.
  • All shipments are traceable.
